Who Are We?
We are parents living in South Florida who want the very best for the 4 children God has given us. We want to honor Him in all things - but especially in the manner that we raise and teach the children He's given to us. They are ultimately His and we are their temporary caretakers. In that regard, we believe it would be wrong to place those children into the hands of the public school system for their education. And because we cannot afford to send these children to a private Christian learning institution, we choose to homeschool.
Why This Site?
If you've decided to homeschool (or are considering it as an option) and you're like us, you're probably a bit intimidated by the whole concept right now. You know it is the right thing to do, but where do you begin? How do you find resources? How can I connect with others in my area to get help, support and encouragement? How do you juggle your time between teaching and managing a home and family?
All good questions! Our goal is to help you with all these issues by sharing the resources we've gathered over the years. Since we believe their is no better choice than homeschooling, we want to share what we learned and help you to become the best homeschooler you can be!
How Long Have You Been Running This Site?
As of this writing, we've only been doing this for a short while, which is why we're still a little bit light on content.
